All Richfresh garments are handcrafted in our Los Angeles and New York Ateliers.
Standard lead time is 4 weeks. Expedited 10-day lead time is available (upon request) for most garments.
Standard shipping is complimentary, but clients will have the option to expedite shipping at an additional charge if needed.
As garment production is nearing completion, clients will receive notification and can opt for expedited shipping at that time.
All garments are made custom. There is always a chance garments don't fit 100% perfectly once received. We have developed an alterations tool in your back office that will help determine what changes might be needed.
All alterations through our system will also update your pattern for future orders. Complimentary alterations available.
We cannot refund any garment. If a garment can't be altered, and the error is on us, we will gladly remake the garment(s).
